The Avenida Apartments are set in a great location, close to the old town of Benidorm, in the heart of the shopping area where you can expect plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Levante Beach is just a stone's throw away where you'll find sunbeds lining the sandy beach, water sports including jet skis, pedalos and banana boats, plus bars and restaurants along the promenade. Sightseeing is a must while in Benidorm.

One of the most popular attractions are the Canelobre caves, set at an altitude of nearly 700 metres on the northern slopes of the mountain you can explore these caves. This must see attraction is just a 45 minute drive away.

The complex has a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange and self service laundry. Facilities are located at the Avenida Hotel, just across the road and include a rooftop swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers, sauna, gym and day time and evening entertainment.

Bars and restaurants are also located at the Avenida Hotel and include a buffet restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, a pool bar and a lounge bar where you can enjoy a relaxing drink.

Avenida Apartments has 70 apartments spread across 5 floors. Room types available are 1 bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 adults and the 2 bedroom apartments that sleep up to 6 adults.

All apartments include a bathroom containing a bath or shower, a full kitchenette including double cooking rings, microwave, fridge and coffee making facilities. The apartments also have air conditioning, heating in winter months, television and safety deposit box. There is 1 lift throughout the complex.

Please note: The shuttle transfers will drop off and pick up guests 200 metres away from this complex.

A refundable deposit of 100 Euros per apartment is required on arrival.
