Along the beach you’ll find plenty of bars where you can grab a refreshing drink, with the waterfront area also being home to a selection of clubs where you can expect to dance until the early hours during the height of summer.

Head further into the heart of the resort, and you’ll find the more laid-back bars if you prefer to simply chill out on an evening.

Bars and clubs are great for the adults but less so for the families, who will instead enjoy the fact that Hersonissos is home to a number of waterparks where visitors of all ages will be entertained for hours.

You could also head for the aquarium, head out to sea on a cruise, enjoy loads of traditional Greek cuisine and even visit the place where the legendary tale of the Minotaur is set.
