Sandos El Greco Beach Hotel 3 stars

The Sandos El Greco Beach Hotel is a large complex with the entrance onto the main beach through the middle of it. The decked pathway down to the beach allows people with wheelchairs to also experience the truly relaxing lifestyle in Portinatx.

This great family hotel and its facilities have been perfectly designed for families and try to create lots of fun holiday memories for their guests.

The 24 hour reception is available to offer an array of facilities including currency exchange, chargeable laundry service, tourist information, luggage storage and a chargeable shuttle service. If you are looking for the VIP treatment, you do not need to look too far as the hotel offers a concierge service and gives a personal and very professional service to all of their guests.

The island of Ibiza has so many beautiful places to visit and a great way to get to see them is by bus, or if you wish to rent a car, this can be done at the reception desk.

Anyone wanting to keep fit during their holiday, or maybe try it out for the first time, can have full use of the gym and its excellent quality and quantity of the latest fitness equipment.

Also on site is an internet corner, to contact family and friends back home or you can use the free Wi-Fi that is available throughout the hotel.

There is a large swimming pool that is surrounded by a sun terrace and is perfectly placed up high so that the guests can get full access to the magnificent views of the resort and those having fun and games on the beach.

Next to the pool is the pool bar, with plenty of snacks and drinks to keep you feeling refreshed and hydrated throughout the day. The table and chairs are split onto two levels, around the pool area, and on the next floor up with a large outdoor terrace, looking over the swimming pool.

The water park is full of large waterslides and the sun loungers for the parents to use whilst watching the children have lots of fun in the sun.

In the evening the buffet style restaurant offers an array of delicious meals and there is an Italian corner for some of the best pizza and pasta. There is also the occasional show cooking, for you to really get to taste some of the Ibizan local dishes.

The evening then flows on to the lounge bar, where you can have a cocktail or two, whilst sitting on one of the many comfortable seats and watching the kids playing on one of the pool tables just waiting to be played on.

The hotel rooms are very modern and stylish, with new white washed furniture and plush soft furnishings. All rooms have two double beds with bedside tables and wall mounted lights. There is also a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, private bathroom and a large balcony with modern outdoor furniture. For rooms with a sea view, this will incur a supplement and are also subject to availability.
