The reception desk is only available for limited times throughout the day and evening and guests will be given a warm welcome additional to the services that they can provide such as currency exchange, luggage storage, laundry service, rental of the safety deposit boxes, tourist information and the sale of excursion tickets for days out with the family.

Because of its location the complex offers a shuttle bus to the resort centre and beachfront, where there is a number of exciting water sports to take part in such as water skiing, banana boats or parascending and there are sun loungers scattered across the beach, if you would rather just relax under the Canarian sun and just watch.

The swimming pool is perfectly sitting under the hot Canarian sun for guests to take a dip, or there are many sun loungers on the surrounding sun terrace for you to just chill out and relax in the peaceful setting, whilst keeping in touch with friends and family back home with the hotels Wi-Fi that is available in all communal areas.

If you wanted to do something a little bit more energetic, there is a tennis court, mini golf, table tennis or for something a little less energetic, guests can enjoy the patio area whilst drinking a cocktail or two from the poolside snack bar that is open throughout the day into the evening.

The buffet restaurant is open early in the morning for breakfast and in the evening the delicious meals are beautifully presented in a buffet style, with many meals that would appeal to the children as well. Occasional BBQ and themed nights are to be enjoyed as well as the show cooking to really get your taste buds going and experience the true Canarian flavours.

Guests can move on the lounge bar for a quiet drink, or they can head off into the resort centre for a fun night ahead.

The bungalows are set amongst the beautiful gardens with palm trees, exotic flowers and many other Mediterranean plants, surrounded by well-kept lawns throughout.

Each bungalow has a bedroom with a double or twin beds, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker and many other items to be able to easily self-cater, a modern bathroom with a vanity mirror and a bath with a shower and a large lounge area with a sofa bed and additional seating, storage units, a TV with many international channels and patio doors that open out to a glorious private terrace complete with modern garden furniture with picturesque gardens as your view.
