The hotel has a 24 hour reception desk that is available to offer many services including currency exchange, luggage storage, concierge, dry cleaning and there is a tour desk to assist in car rental for those who enjoy venturing out and exploring the island, bicycle hire with many cycle routes available, or there are many excursions for organised trips around the island.

Wi-Fi is available for a small weekly rental fee and there are many Wi-Fi hotspots around the resort and also in the bar and restaurants

Those who enjoy keeping fit during their stay can enjoy the onsite gym that is filled with some of the latest fitness equipment and guests can finish off with a sauna or jacuzzi to relax and recharge those batteries, ready for the exciting evening ahead.

The outdoor swimming pool is the perfect way to relax in the sun, on one of the many sun loungers that are spaciously placed on the large sun terrace, with stunning palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation scattered around.

The pretty poolside bar with a thatched roof is open throughout the day to offer a variety of snacks and drinks, as well as the delicious Canarian ice creams for the children.

In the evening, guests can enjoy the many local and international dishes at the onsite restaurant, with show cooking evenings and themed nights and just a few steps down the hill are the abundance of restaurants on the promenade, or along the coastal path that leads all the way to the buzzing town of Los Cristianos.

The apartments are bright and spacious, with a traditional style of furniture. Each apartment has a lounge with a sofa bed, TV with many international channels, air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table or breakfast bar, a bathroom with a bathtub or walk-in shower and a separate bedroom.
