The Portonovo Apartments are in a great location at the marina front and just a short walk to the resort centre and the fabulous beach where there are a number of watersports to enjoy such as water skiing, banana boats and jet bikes, and friends and family can sit back and watch you have fun from the many sun loungers that line the beach.

The Portonovo Apartments have been renovated to give the complex a stylish feel throughout and there are lifts to all floors so that all areas are wheelchair accessible, even the rooms with the views.

The modern reception lobby has a seating area and the desk is available 24 hours a day to offer many services including luggage storage, courtesy shower rooms for guests returning home on a late flight, tourist information and guests can also purchase tickets for the excursions for days out on the island and the multilingual staff can also assist in car and bicycle rental.

Guests can return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes with the onsite laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dry, which is very useful to families with small children and is chargeable at the reception desk.

The internet corner is available for guests to use throughout the day and evening and there is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the complex as well as around the pool.

The reception desk can also offer a photocopying and printing service for guests needing travel documents and is chargeable per service.

There is always a fun atmosphere on the sun terrace where the children can have a game of pool or a splash around in the pool, whilst the adults enjoy relaxing on the sun loungers under that glorious all year round sun that Gran Canaria is known for.

Next to the pool is the snack bar with tables and chairs in the sun and also in shaded areas that have been created by the stunning palm trees.

In the evening guests can enjoy the variety of restaurants that are on the marina front or a short walk the other way will get them to the centre of where the fun evenings can be enjoy with entertainment bars, delightful restaurants and many activities for the children to enjoy such as trampolines and activity parks.

There is an onsite hairdresser and also a mini market so that guests can self-cater with ease and for a wider choice of fresh and frozen product, there are many larger supermarkets in the resort centre and the surrounding area.
