The Maritim Playa Aparthotel is located in the heart of Playa de Ingles, close to all of the main attractions and the many shopping opportunities that are scattered around the resort including the fabulous factory outlets at the Plaza de Miramar, which is right next door.

Unforgettable days can be enjoyed down at the beach where there are a number or watersports to be enjoyed, catching those all-important rays on one of the sun loungers that are scattered along the beach, or maybe just sit back, relax and enjoy an iced cold beer at one of the many beach bars that can be found in either Playa de Ingles and also the neighbouring resort of Maspalomas, that can be reached by taxi, or via the 4 miles of golden sandy beach.

The Complex offers a 24-hour reception desk and a lobby area with a seating area.

The multilingual staff can offer an array of services including concierge service, laundry service, luggage storage and tourist information.

Guests can also purchase excursion tickets from the reception desk for some fabulous fun-filled days out with the family to places such as Aqualand, Holiday world Theme Park and the stunning sand dunes.

In the lobby area, there is an internet corner for a wire internet connection and if you have one of the latest phones, you can also get access to the free Wi-Fi that is available in all communal areas.

Onsite there is a gym with all of the latest fitness equipment, or if you have come to Gran Canaria to just relax and unwind, guests can enjoy a massage or a sauna, or maybe treat yourselves to as new hairdo at the onsite hairdressers.

As you head off to the pool area, which is the hub of the complex, you will see the proudly standing palm trees that are scattered across the large sun terrace, as they gently sway in the breeze and give their guests little pockets of shade as they relax on one of the may sun loungers with parasols and there is an additional sun terrace on the rooftop that is for the adults only.

The large swimming pool is surrounded by pretty gardens and tropical plants and the pool is divided with water features and rockeries to give an area that is just for the children to have a splash around safely.

The tropical Bar is open throughout the day and also the evening in the summer season and offers a large selection of drinks and snacks including those endless ice creams for the children.

Guests that are on an all inclusive package can enjoy the breakfast and lunch at the outdoor dining area and in the evenings the guests can enjoy El Rancho's Restaurant or Papa Joe's Restaurants which has been made to look like the inside of a ship, to offer a fun atmosphere and many delicious culinary delights.

The evenings continue onto the bar area, where there is a variety of entertainment to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable evening and there are also many activities, which allow the whole family to take part in such as bingo, quiz nights and karaoke.

There are 116 apartments that have been renovated to offer a modern style and all have a lounge area with seating and a sofa bed, a kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine, TV, radio, bedroom with a double or twin beds, private bathroom and a furnished balcony or terrace with views of the pool or resort.

Since the renovations, the complex has been adapted, so that all areas are now wheelchair accessible and even guests with walking difficulties have the use of two lifts that go to all floors.
