There are many shopping centres close by and the local bus service runs through the resort and stops close to the apartments. Here you can choose a number of routes to travel around the island and visit many of the other picturesque resorts such as the island's capital Las Palmas for very memorable shopping experience.

The Los Veleros Apartments has a reception desk that only available for limited times throughout the day and evening but can offer an array of services including luggage storage, currency exchange, car rental, taxi bookings, tourist information and excursion ticket sales for great family days out.

Guests can relax by the pool on one of the many sun loungers, whilst admiring the views of the cruise liners as they visit the port of Puerto Rico. The bar is a perfect way to enjoy the variety of snacks and drinks to keep you refreshed and the restaurant carefully prepares a special lunch and dinner menu for the guests to enjoy, as well as the regular show cooking evenings, to truly taste the Canarian flavours.

If you feel like a change of scenery, you can head down to the resort centre where you are spoilt for choice with the variety of restaurants to enjoy a delicious meal and all offer children's menu and cater for any special dietary requirements

You can also prepare lovely meals back at the apartment as there are a number of supermarkets close by, selling a variety of fresh and frozen food.

There is an abundance of entertainments bars, offering family friendly entertainment including quiz nights, live singers and karaoke and there are many all-night bars and clubs for those of want to stay out a little longer and dance the night away.

The Los Veleros Apartments consists of one and two bedroom apartments and are traditionally furnished and all have a lounge with a sofa bed, a TV with many international channels, many storage options, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer, a separate twin bedded room with a wardrobe and a large balcony or terrace, furnished with table and chairs and also two sun loungers.
