Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll the famous lighthouse and stunning sand dunes as well as the 4 miles of golden sandy beach that will allow you to walk to the resort of Playa de Ingles.

The complex has been renovated and now shows beautiful traditional Canarian architecture and sits amongst stunning palm trees that are scattered around the complex.

There is a 24-hour reception desk and friendly multilingual staff are always available to offer services including luggage storage for guests returning home on a late flight, currency exchange, tourist information and excursion ticket sales for some fabulous days out.

Guests that wish to venture out and explore the rest of this beautiful island can rent a car from reception and use the onsite parking that is available.

The hotel has been adapted so that guests in wheelchairs can also have access to the facilities that are available and there are lifts up to all floors so that everyone has the opportunity of a room with a fantastic view.

The pool area is where the fun happens with the shallow man-made beach effect that lines the pool and beautiful palm trees allowing some guests pockets of shade for families with small children. The shallow beach allows guests with limited mobility access to the stunning swimming pools and also allows the children to have a paddle whilst being watched over by the adults, as they are relaxing on one of the many sun loungers with parasols that fill the sun terrace.

The poolside bar is open throughout the day and evening for refreshments to keep the children happy and many snacks and locally produced alcoholic drinks for the adults.
