Lopesan Baobab Resort 5 stars

The Lopesan Baobab Resort is conveniently located close to the beachfront and the fabulous resorts of Maspalomas and Meloneras.

The complex has beautiful gardens and stunningly tall palm trees scattered around giving their guests little pockets of shade, which is just perfect for young families.

The large 24-hour reception lobby offers an array of services including luggage storage for guests returning home on a late flight, currency exchange, tourist information and excursion ticket sales.

There is so much to see on this beautiful island and so many photo opportunities that you may wish to rent a car, which can be done at reception and there is car parking onsite and as well as in the nearby streets.

The hotel has been adapted to ensure that guests in wheelchairs or have reduced mobility can gain access to all of the facilities and they have also adapted the swimming pool with a gradual slope, which is also great for small children to safely have a splash around.

The large sun terrace has an abundance of sun loungers and parasols to go around for those relaxing days in the sun and the pool bar that sits next door is just what you need for a refreshing drink and snacks.

For the children, there is a pool just for them a playground and the kids club has a large variety of activities from painting, to role play, to fun games around the complex and is a great way to make new friends. For the older children, there are many activities for them to enjoy such as mini golf, tennis, bowling, darts and table tennis and they can also keep in contact with friends back home with the free Wi-Fi that is available throughout the complex.

It is not just the children that have all of the fun as there are many sporting facilities for the adults to enjoy such as tennis, volleyball, diving school and a state of the art gym with all of the latest fitness equipment.

If you are looking for something a little more chilled out, then maybe a luxury massage at the spa and wellness centre is more your thing, or there is an onsite shop and a beauty salon and hairdresser.
