The El Coto Apartments are a small and very friendly complex offering self-catering studios in a quiet spot, just on the outskirts of San Antonio.

The complex has a 24 hour reception desk that allows the friendly staff to offer an array of services including currency exchange, luggage storage and shower facilities for those returning home on a late flight and tourist information, including excursion ticket sales.

Guests can also hire bicycles to go off and explore the surrounding area with its shacks, boat houses and Mediterranean forests, which makes it a perfect place to take your camera and capture some of its natural landscape in its rawness.

The complex is just 450m from the nearest beach that is the beautiful bay of Cala Gracio, with its deep cove and clear calm waters, it makes it a perfect place for families with small children, as they can play safely in the shallow waters and also under the supervision of the life guards that are there throughout the day.

For those who have walking difficulties or are disabled, they also have access onto the beach, so that everyone can enjoy lazy days on the sun loungers, whilst topping up your tan.

If lying on the beach is not your thing, guests at the El Coto Apartments can enjoy the clear blue pool that sits amongst the whitewashed walls of the complex.

There are ample sun loungers that are scattered around the pool on the sun terrace and there are also areas that are in the shade, for those needing time out of the sun.

Next to the swimming pool is the restaurant that offers snacks and drinks throughout the day, to keep you cool and hydrated whilst lying in the little sun trap that the complex has created.

The apartments all have air-conditioning, kitchenette with a fridge, satellite TV, safe, private bathroom and a balcony with pool, street or sea views. The safety deposit box will incur a local charge and guests can also hire additional appliances such as irons, hair dryers and also extras for the kitchen, which can be arranged at the reception desk and are chargeable locally.

The nearest supermarket is just around the corner for those wanting to cook a meal back at the apartment, or guests can take advantage of the restaurant that has local music playing in the background, whilst you enjoy a wide choice of local and international dishes that really get your taste buds going.

If you are looking for somewhere different for the evening, locals would definitely recommend the restaurant that is on the beach at Cala Gracio, where you could be enjoying a delicious meal, whilst watching the stunning sun setting out at sea.

Staying at the El Coto Apartments means that guests are far enough from the buzzing town to allow them to have a relaxing and peaceful day, but close enough that is takes just 15 minutes to walk to the many bars and clubs that makes San Antonio what it is, and nightclubs such as Eden and Es Paradis are also accessible on foot, for some ultimate holiday memories.
