Don Quijote Hotel 2 stars

The Don Quijote Hotel is part of the Playasol hotel group which prides itself on its great customer service and fun atmosphere. It is set back a very short walk from the beach and main resort, where many bars, restaurants, and local gift shops can be found.

The beach is scattered with sun loungers which have parasols and there are many activities available on the beach such as pedalos, scuba diving, and jets skis.

The reception desk is open 24 hours and the friendly staff will always be there to assist their guests whenever they can. At the desk, they offer tourist information and also luggage storage for when you check out of your room. The hotel has a car rental facility for those who wish to explore Ibiza and its many hidden gems, and limited parking is available at the hotel or down nearby streets.

A bus also runs through the resort and the stops close to the hotel, for trips out to some fabulous resorts such as Playa d’en Bossa or for some extreme shopping in the historical Ibiza Town.

Don Quijote Hotels swimming pool is located on the rooftop, giving it stunning panoramic views of the island and even further afield, where the island of Formentera can be seen on the many clear days in Ibiza. Next door to the pool is the cafe and bar with tables and chairs in the shade or you can sit out on the terrace under the sun, whilst enjoying one of the many snacks or drinks they have to offer.

For time out of the Ibizan sun, there is a TV lounge with many international channels and there is also a games room with billiards.

The spacious buffet style restaurant is open to all guests offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and the cafe is open late for those all import cocktails whilst looking out onto the dazzling neon-lit resort and its palm trees lining the promenade.

Don Quijote Hotel is of medium size and has 106 rooms on 9 floors that comprise of doubles and single rooms. All double rooms have two single beds, ample wardrobe space and a modern clean bathroom. The rooms have a balcony or terrace and guests on the higher floors can enjoy the memorable views out to sea, whilst sitting back and relaxing on the furnished balcony.

The island of Ibiza is known for its amazing weather, glorious scenery, but most of all it is known for the world famous nightclubs such as Amnesia, Pacha and Privilege in Ibiza Town. So for those of you looking the ultimate nightlife experience, Ibiza Town is just a short taxi ride away from the hotel. A really fun way to travel to the nightclubs is by the Ibiza Disco Bus, which travels throughout the island to ensure everyone get to experience the wilder nights that everyone talks about.
