The Catalina Apartments are in a great location on the seafront and just a short walk to the many bars such as Cafe del Mar, Savannah Beach Club and Bar Mambo, that are on the famous Sunset Strip.

The apartments have a 24 hour reception desk and the friendly staff are always available to offer an array of services such as currency exchange, rental of the safety deposit boxes and luggage storage for those returning on a late flight home. Guests can also arrange any medical assistance at the reception desk and this will be charged locally.

The air-conditioned lobby has seating and a tourist information board to keep their guests updated throughout their stay.

The Catalina Apartments do not have a swimming pool, so guests can use the facilities at the Don Pepe, which is just a few yards away. Here, guests can use the rooftop swimming pool that has a sun terrace with many sun loungers and has spectacular panoramic views of the resort.

If you are thinking of exploring the island, there is a local bus service that runs through the resort and you can also use the car rental facility at the Don Pepe's reception desk.

If you are more of a beach person, the soft golden sands of Playa Arenal beach is just a 20 minute walk away, and the port at San Antonio is just a 5 minute walk from the Catalina Apartments, where you can get a ferry to many of the beautiful resorts around the island.

After a day of topping up your tan, you can enjoy a home-cooked meal in the comfort of your own studio, or you can head down to the restaurant that is in the complex, which serves a wide choice of local and international dishes and a large selection of wines that will go perfectly will your meal.

After your delicious meal, you could then head to the bar, which is a great place to meet friends, have a cocktail or two, before hitting the town, or maybe catching the Ibiza Disco Bus, which takes holidaymakers to all of the world famous nightclubs that you have talked so much about.

The Catalina Apartments building has 3 floors and within those floors are 39 studios. All studios have air-conditioning, kitchenette with a fridge, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. All rooms have a balcony or terrace, with street views and some of the studios have the privilege of the amazing sea views and can even watch the sunsets from the comfort of their own room. Guests also have the facility of renting out a safe in the rooms which is charged locally.
