The local bus service stops close to the complex, where you can go just to the beachfront, or you can go further afield to resorts such as Maspalomas and also not the island's capital Las Palmas, where you can visit the historical buildings, take a wander through the pretty streets full of shops, or the newly built shopping centre that lies next to the port.

The reception lobby offers seating and a 24 hour reception desk that is available to assist in services such as currency exchange, luggage storage, concierge service, rental of the safety deposit boxes and a tour desk that can assist in the sale of excursions, to other parts of the island for a fun day out with the family.

There is Wifi available in all communal areas and this will incur a daily charge and there are also many Wi-Fi hotspots within the resort centre and also in many of the bars.

The complex has been modernised and all apartments are now furnished to a high standard. each apartment has a spacious lounge with sofas and a sofa bed, kitchenette with a fridge, a separate bedroom with a double or twin beds, a bathroom with a bath or walk-in shower and a furnished balcony or terrace with mountain or resort views.
