Blue Star Apartments is a 2 star complex situated in Puerto Rico on the southwest tip of Gran Canaria. It enjoys a relaxing location with stunning sea views. The centre of the resort is nearby and you will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. The beautiful beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico are 1.5 km and 1.7 km away. Relax on the sun loungers provided and soak up the warm Canarian sun and watch the little ones playing in the sand.
If you want to travel further afield there is a public bus stop just 50m from the complex. Due to the apartments being located on a hill, they are not suitable for those with walking difficulties. It is a fantastic complex for those travelling on a budget and looking for a base for exploring the local area.
Services available to guests staying at Blue Star Apartments include a 24 hour reception desk with staff who are happy to assist you throughout your stay. There is a currency exchange desk, car rental, internet corner, luggage storage for those on a late flight home and a laundry service. Just in case you need one, the complex does have lifts for access to the upper floors.
The main swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace which has a number of loungers with parasols to relax on. Within sight of the main pool is a smaller one just for children. The younger holidaymakers also have a playground to run off some steam and make new holiday friends. For a spot of pampering there is a spa and beauty salon and for those who enjoy tennis the complex has its own tennis court.
The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in the style of a buffet. There are plenty of dishes to choose from including traditional and international cuisine. The poolside snack bar serves hot and cold snacks throughout the day as well as a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The nightly entertainment is usually found around the poolside bar.
Each of the apartments at Blue Star Apartments are all bright and spacious. They all have a separate bedroom, living/dining area, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and a terrace or balcony with beautiful views.
