The hotel's reception desk is available for limited times throughout the day and evening and can offer services such as luggage storage, currency exchange and can also assist in the sale of excursion tickets for family days out and car rental, where parking is available within the grounds of the complex or in the nearby streets.

The beach has a large variety of water sports to enjoy such as the banana boats, windsurfing and pedalos and there are many activities for the children to enjoy on the beachfront including trampolines, crazy golf and arcade games rooms.
