The Viva Mallorca & Spa Hotel offers guests a great location, just 450 metres from the beach and resort centre in Can Picafort on the island of Majorca.

Viva Mallorca & Spa Hotel comprises of 258 apartments and studios spread over five blocks. All units are fully air conditioned and have a bathroom with a bath/shower, hairdryer, telephone, TV, kitchenette, tea/coffee making facilities, Wi-Fi access, safety deposit box (chargeable) and a balcony or terrace.

The double apartments is a studio and apartment with connecting doors. Studios have a sofa bed. A privilege studio has a living/bedroom area with deck chairs on the terrace. A privilege apartment has a small private garden and the Royal Terrace apartments are located on the top floor and have an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Five apartments have been adapted for those needing wheelchair access.

At the complex, everything is situated around the swimming pools. There is a large outdoor pool for adults to enjoy and a chill out pool (18+ only), perfect for a spot of relaxing on the Bali beds. Both swimming pools are surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and umbrellas laid out ready for you to spend the day on. Pool towels are supplied by the hotel during your stay.

If that isn't relaxing enough for you then why no head to the Spa. In the Spa you can enjoy a massage, beauty treatments, facials, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and an indoor swimming pool with water jets. There is also a gymnasium if you want a workout whilst on holiday.

Sporting facilities include tennis courts, volleyball, beach volleyball, aqua aerobics, squash court, mini golf, basketball and a putting green. The children in your party might enjoy spending time at the Mini Club where they play games, have Mini Discos, do arts and crafts and generally have a good time with the well trained entertainment team. They can play in the splash pool which is full of water-slides and water games. The play ground is the perfect place to run off some steam at the end of the day.

The excellent entertainment team lay on a fantastic day and evening entertainment programme for both adults and children to join in with. During the day you can join in the games or take part in the sports programme. At night there are shows, cabarets, dancing, quizzes and many, many more activities to join in or just sit back and watch.

The 24 hour reception desk is manned by multilingual staff and is where to go if you need to hire a car, hire a bicycle, exchange your currency or find out about local attractions. There is an internet corner, on site shop, supermarket, hairdressers, TV room with DVDs, Wi-Fi access and a babysitting service.

Meals are served in the main buffet restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of traditional and international dishes with show cooking. The poolside snack bar offers hot and cold snacks as well as cool beverages, perfect for cooling down by the pool.

Babalu Bar is where all the evening entertainment happens, grab a drink and watch the evening performances.
