Las Velas Apartments 3 stars

The Las Velas Apartments is a 3* complex located in the resort of Puerto Pollensa to the north of the island of Majorca.

The complex is spread across three buildings just a short walk from Tamarells Beach in a residential area, which helps to provide guests with peaceful surroundings in which to enjoy a break in the sun.

The bustling marina area is also easily accessible from the complex, which is surrounded by impressive gardens and on the edge of a pine forest.

Accommodation comprises of 28 separate apartments which a mixture of one and two bedroom properties; with some of the latter also including access to a private solarium with barbeque.

All apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen and living room, as well as satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and a safe.

One bedroom flats can hold up to four people, with as many as six being accommodated in the two bedroom option.

As well as impressive gardens and terraces, there are two swimming pools (one of which has a childrens area), a barbecue area, play area and sun terrace.

Guests can make use of safe rental, laundry service, luggage storage, currency exchange and transfer service at reception, which is open at selected times.

Although there is a bar within the complex, anyone looking for dining options will have to head out into the resort, with a varied selection of restaurants being found nearby.
