The Cay Beach Sun Apartments are set back from the main resort centre, allowing guests to relax and unwind during the day and the resort centre of Playa Blanca is just a short walk away when you are ready for the action packed days and evenings.

The reception is open 24 hours in high season and offers car hire, laundry service, currency exchange, tourist information and excursion ticket sales for some great days out around this beautiful island.

Guests that wish to explore the island under their own steam can do so by using the car rental service at reception and there are ample parking spaces just outside the hotel.

Guests needing a wired internet corner can take advantage of the internet corner, but guests can also use the free Wi-Fi that is available in all public areas.

There is a great deal of facilities available at the Cay Beach Sun Apartments for everyone who enjoys keeping in shape, even when they are on holiday. Here, guests can enjoy the multi-sports court for volleyball, football and basketball and a gym with all of the latest fitness equipment. For those that just want to unwind and de-stress, they can enjoy the wellness centre offering massages, a heated indoor swimming pool, Turkish baths, sauna and a Jacuzzi.

There is a total of 4 swimming pools that are set amongst beautiful gardens and each has a different vibe, but all a fun atmosphere.

The children will probably have the most fun as there is a games room with arcade games, pool tables, and air hockey, hotel run kids club and not forgetting the children's pool that is just for them with brightly coloured slides, giving the children hours of fun, whilst the parents enjoy their pastime of topping up their tans.

The poolside bar is available to all guests and offers an array of hot and cold food, refreshing drinks and of course endless cups of iced slush drinks for the children.

After a fabulous day around the pool, the whole family can look forward to the large open air dining hall that has a selection of different dishes presented in a buffet style to suit all ages and taste buds, and there is also an A la Carte restaurant for something a bit special. Both restaurants can cater for any special dietary requirements, as well as providing high chairs for parents with small children.

There is an onsite small supermarket for those that wish to cook a meal back at their apartment and if you did not find what you needed, there are many larger supermarkets close by.

The evening continues on with the variety of family entertainment that is organised by the hotels animations team including quiz nights, bingo and discos and always starting off with the children's favourite the mini disco.

The bars in Playa Blanca are a little quieter than some resorts, but certainly not lacking in choice or variety. With the focus mainly on family entertainment, you don’t have to go far to have a fun evening if you want to venture out of the complex and hear live singers, or maybe have a warble on the karaoke.

The one and two bedroom apartments are spacious and comfortable and all have a lounge area with a sofa bed, a kitchen area with a fridge and microwave, twin beds, safe, there is a TV which has some chargeable channels, climate control air-conditioning, a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace.
