Casa Papgaio Verde Studios 3 stars

These friendly studios are located on the southern coast of the island of Madeira in the Atlantic Ocean. Casa Papgaio Verde Studios is in a quiet, rural area of Funchal centre, which is a 10 minute drive from the studios. The studios are set in beautiful tropical gardens with a variety of fruit trees, exotic and local species of flora including shrubs (Hibiscus and Bougainvillea), tropical and sub tropical fruit trees and aromatic medicinal plants.

The complex also has a south facing outdoor pool that caresses the sun all day long. Local restaurants are available less than 2 km from the studios, and breakfast is served in the dining room.

It offers not only a summer climate all year round, beautiful beaches and wonderful flora and fauna, but it is virtually crime free and one of the safest holiday destinations in the world. Activities on the island include mountain walks, dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, paragliding and surfing. Funchal, the islands’ capital, has wonderful beaches, a relaxing promenade and stunning views.
