Kiotari

Kiotari is home to one of the best beaches on the island of Rhodes so it’s little shock that the resort is popular with those keen to embrace the Mediterranean weather.

Sitting on the south-eastern coast, Kiotari is still a relatively new resort when compared to some of the others on the island, but still offers a range of accommodation options to suit couples and families alike.

The beach in Kiotari runs for 4km along the coast and features a mix of golden sand and shingle, with calm waters in which to take a refreshing dip.

You can take a trip on the back of a donkey to the acropolis where there is the remains of an ancient fortress dating back to the 13th century, as well as a Greek Orthodox church and Roman temple.
