There is a 24 hour reception desk offering services such as luggage storage for those returning home on a late flight, tourist information, excursion ticket sales and rental of safety deposit boxes. The hotel has lifts to all floor, so most areas of the hotel are wheelchair accessible.

For those wanting to explore the island and just see where the road takes you, guests can arrange car rental at the reception desk, and there are ample parking spaces within the hotel grounds. There is also free Wi-Fi available in the rooms as well as in all public areas.

For lazy days in the sun, the guests can relax around one of two freshwater swimming pools, on one of the many sun loungers that are on the sun terrace, and also nestled amongst the palm trees to create pockets of shade around the complex.

For the children, there is a section of one of the swimming pools that is just for them and there is a children’s playground with swings and a slide, which is in the gardens next to the pool.

For time out of the sun, guests can take part in a game of pool or table tennis, or just sit and relax with a nice cold drink at the lobby bar, which offers the guests a large selection of snacks and drinks throughout the day.

After a day of glorious sunshine, guests can enjoy the large air-conditioned dining hall which offers a rich international buffet, with a vast variety to suit all taste buds. Or the many restaurants in the resort are all within walking distance if you fancy a change of scenery.

The bar is open until late with music playing and offers a chilled out evening under the stars, or guest can enjoy a cocktail or two at the lobby lounge bar.

The guest rooms are light and spacious with climate controlled air-conditioning, double or twin beds, telephone, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, private bathroom and a balcony or terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs. Guests can also arrange wakeup calls at reception so that they do not miss any of their pre-booked excursions.
