Loutsiana Apartments is a family run complex on the outskirts of Ayia Napa between the largest water park in the resort and the beautiful Macronissos Bay. The complex is set in a peaceful location making it ideal for relaxing family holiday. The Water Park is just 5 minutes walk away and is a great day out for the whole family.

Within walking distance you will find the beautiful sandy beach where you can relax on the sun loungers and use the parasols for some shade. Ayia Napa is full of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs, it has something for everyone. Try some of the local delicacies at one of the restaurants at the quaint fishing harbour, wander round the shops for gifts to take home or have a quiet drink in one of the many bars. The party lovers will have a great time at the nightclubs in the resort centre.

Loutsiana Apartments has an outdoor swimming pool which has sun beds and umbrellas to use around the pool area. There is a small separate swimming pool for the children to use which can be seen from the main sunbathing area. The Pool Bar is the ideal place for a light bite or snack during the day as well as a refreshing cold drink to quench your thirst. Ice creams, desserts, tea and coffee are served at the pool bar during the day.
