The reception desk at the hotel is available to offer an array of services such as currency exchange, luggage storage, courtesy shower rooms and tourist information.

There are many great days out to be enjoyed and some are just a short taxi ride away such as Siam Park water park, Jungle Park and the thrilling rides at the Sky Park. There are also many further away such as the beautiful Loro Park which is one of the many excursions on the island that can be purchased at the travel shop next to the hotel.

Guests are sure to have fun days around the pool, with the music playing from the poolside bar, that is open throughout the day to serve drinks, snacks and fast food, as well as the delicious ice creams and slush drinks for the children.

There is a large sun terrace filled with sun loungers for a relaxing day in the sun, or why not relax on one of the inflatables on the outdoor swimming pool that sits perfecting under the blazing Canarian sun.

The poolside bar is also available to offer takeaways to take back to the apartments, or the large supermarket is a short walk away, which is used by the local residence for the variety of fresh and frozen food and the lovely local herbs and spices to try out some of the Canarian speciality dishes.

The apartments are being renovated throughout but all still offer space and comfort for an enjoyable stay. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a lounge with a sofa bed, TV with many international channels, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a bedroom with ample wardrobe space for the whole family. All apartments come with a balcony or terrace, with pool, sea or resort views.
