The complex has a large open lobby area, with a 24 reception desk that is always available to offer a wide range of services including luggage storage, currency exchange, rental of safety deposit boxes, international newspapers, dry cleaning service, laundry service and a tour desk to offer excursion ticket sales, car rental and bicycle hire.

The fun days can be enjoyed on the sun terrace and outdoor pool and guests can enjoy relaxing in the glorious sun on the many sun loungers scattered around.

The children are kept entertained throughout the day with the hotel run kids club full of activities and for the older children, there is table tennis, pool tables, darts, mini golf and also a playground to let the children's imaginations run wild.

There is also a fully equipped gym on site, for those whole like to keep up with their fitness regime, or for those who need to burn off some of those calories enjoyed at the buffet restaurant.
