The multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are available to offer services such as currency exchange, luggage storage for those returning home on a late flight and a ticket desk offering tourist information and excursion ticket sales.

Guests that wish to visit the rest of the island can use the local bus service that stops just up the road from the hotel, or they can arrange car rental at the reception desk if they wish to go off the beaten track.

On the hotel grounds there is a laundry room with a coin operated washing machine, a TV lounge and for extra security, the hotel now has a 24-hour video surveillance.

The outside space is designed for guests to truly relax and enjoy the Ibizan sun. There is a large swimming pool with a shallow area for the inexperienced swimmers and is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with beautiful pine trees and a plenty of sun loungers with parasols for those lazy days in the sun.

For those wanting a bit of romance, they can enjoy relaxing on one of the Balinese beds, whilst sipping a cocktail or two. The hotel has been recently renovated and adapted for people with reduced mobility or have wheelchairs so that everyone can enjoy all of the facilities and amenities that the hotel has to offer.

Once the sun has gone down and you have experienced those amazing sunsets, you can then look forward to the delicious meals at the buffet style restaurant which has a wide selection of local and international dishes for you to try and also a variety of choices for the little holidaymakers to enjoy too.

A great way to finish off the evening is the bar lounge with seating indoors and at the bar and it also has seating that flows through to the outside terrace, so that guests can sit back and relax, whilst the children play on the arcade games or enjoy playing a game of pool with friends.

The hotel has 156 rooms that are spacious and bright and decorated in a traditional style. All rooms have a double or twin beds, air-conditioning, mini fridge with complimentary drinks, telephone, satellite TV, chargeable safe, and a large balcony or terrace with a table and chairs and also sun loungers to catch the last of the Ibizan rays.
