Whilst on holiday here you can spend the day on one of the largest 18 hole golf courses in the area and play a round or two with your golf buddies or shop in the Pro Shop for anything you may need to add to your collection. Once you have finished your round of golf head to the Clubhouse for a refreshing drink or 2.

If golf isn't quite your thing you can always enjoy a bit of relaxation in the spa with a massage, sauna, steam room and there is a gymnasium for a workout.

The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with lounger and parasols laid out ready for you to lay on and the relax pool is situated on the lobby terrace.

Within the hotels grounds there is a 24 hour reception with multilingual staff, concierge, desk, car ire, bicycle rental, limousine desk, medical assistance, shuttle bus into the resort centre, a variety of shops, internet access, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi access, currency exchange and parking facilities.

Guests staying at Steigenberger Makadi may use the facilities of the Madinat Makadi Hotels on the Souk Makadi complex. Drinks are served in the poolside bar, lobby bar and the cocktail bar. The pool bar serves a selection of hot and cold snacks as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Meals are served in the main buffet style restaurant with show cooking and a choice of local and International dishes. The A la Carte restaurants are available for guests to use once per stay free of charge, any other time with incur a charge. Sofra Restaurant is an Egyptian restaurant serving Egyptian specialities, Le Grill serves meals straight off the grill, Makadi Tukai serves Far Eastern dishes, Beach Restaurant serves International dishes, Nino's is an Italian and Amaya Restaurant serves tasty Indian dishes.
