The 24 hour reception desk has a tour desk where the multilingual staff have a wealth of knowledge of the island, so they can assist with guests that wish to explore the island, by hiring a car, or choosing one of the bus routes that runs through the resort and stops a few yards from the hotel.

The reception desk also offers services including a laundry and ironing service, towel service, medical service, towel service, currency exchange, luggage storage, and courtesy rooms for guests returning home on a late flight, taxi bookings, room service and wake-up calls.

Onsite there is a mini market selling gifts, sweets and snacks for the children and a variety of fresh food for guests planning a day out away from the hotel.

There is an outdoor pool surrounded by a large sun terrace full of sun loungers and parasols and sits in the middle of the beautiful gardens that are lined with stunning palm trees and many other Mediterranean plants and bushes.
