There is a tour desk that can assist in car and bicycle rental, for those of you that wish to go off and explore the rest of the island and for those who prefer a more organised tour can purchase excursion tickets for some fabulous days out.

In the reception, lobby guests can relax in the seating area, use the internet corner for a wired internet connection, or guests can use the Wi-Fi that is available in all communal areas.

The hotel has now been adapted so that all areas are wheelchair and pushchair accessible and there are also lifts to all floors so that everyone has the chance of a room with a view.

Onsite there is a beauty shop offering many beauty treatments and massages and there is also a hairdresser to maybe have a new hairdo.

The large pool sits perfectly under the Canarian sun and the sun terrace that surrounds the pool is full of sun loungers with parasols and there are also areas of shade that have been created by the beautiful palm trees.

The poolside bar is open throughout the day and into the evening for a large selection of delicious snacks and light lunches and an endless amount of drinks as well as many locally produced alcoholic drinks for the adults.

In the evening, guests can look forward to the meals that are served in the buffet restaurant with many themed nights and show cooking events that take place, to experience the true Canarian flavours.

The guest rooms are carpeted throughout and offer ample space. each room has a sofa bed, double or twin beds, a large wardrobe, flat screen TV with many international channels, modern private bathroom with a shower or bathtub and a lovely furnished balcony with pool or resort views.
