Reception is open 24 hours a day and offers currency exchange and luggage storage along with local tourist information. Internet access is available at a local charge.

The Playamar Bar serves local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Local bars and restaurants are within walking distance from this complex.

For guests staying half board and all-inclusive, all meals are served at Hotel Flamingo Benidorm, which is a short walk away.

Playamar Apartments consist of 46 rooms spread across 23 floors. There are 2 lifts available throughout the complex for guests to use. All rooms have a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, double cooking rings, twin or double beds, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.
