There is a 24-hour reception desk offering a wide range of services, to make their guests stay more enjoyable and the multilingual staff can also assist in car rental, bicycle hire and the sale of excursion tickets for fun days out on the island.

The reception lobby has lots of modern and comfortable sofas scattered around so that their guests can chill out, whilst catching up with friends and family back home on the free Wi-Fi, which is available in the reception lobby only.

Outside there are 4 swimming pools, one is for nude bathing and there is also one that is just for the little holiday makers to have a splash around and make lots of new friends.

One of the swimming pools has a seasonal cover so that guests can enjoy a swim in the winter season and all have a large sun terrace that flows onto the beautiful gardens with picturesque, Mediterranean plants and bushes, as well as stunning tall palm trees that sway with the ocean breeze.

There are many activities for the children to enjoy such as table tennis, basketball and mini golf and they can let their imaginations run wild on their adventures at the children's playground.

Whilst the children are having fun, the adults can enjoy a relaxing massage or sauna, which will incur an additional charge and is to be booked in advance and is payable at the reception desk.

The modern feel flows through the hotel to the bar and restaurant, with a combination of white gloss and splashes of neon colours on the walls and furniture. There are many culinary delights to be enjoyed at the restaurant, with many great choices for the children to enjoy too.

Parque Vacacional Eden Hotel has studios and apartments and there is a limited amount that can be linked for larger families. They are split into two separate building, the Eden Esplanade building and the Eden Luz building and each has been modernised offering beautiful white modern furniture throughout.

They have a separate bedroom in the apartments and all have either a double or twin beds, a kitchenette with a dining table, in-room safe, satellite TV, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a furnished balcony or terrace with fabulous views. The superior studio and apartments have additional space for a sofa bed and some extra storage options.
