Miami Seaview & Annexe Apartments is located on a hillside in Kavos overlooking the Ionian Sea. Because of its location, it is not recommended for people with walking difficulties. The complex offers guests a relaxing atmosphere in a good location for exploring the local area and nightlife.

The complex has an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. The poolside bar provides refreshing drinks and light snacks during the day. There is a reception desk with internet access, safety deposit box rental and tourist information.
