The Masaru Apartments is located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, just a short walk to the beach and the city centre, where guests can enjoy the colourful streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants, that lead to the Marina at the harbour front.

The hotel has a large lobby area, where guests can make use of the free Wi-Fi on the comfortable seating and the 24 hour reception desk is available to offer an array of services including luggage storage, car rental, bicycle hire, rental of safety deposit boxes, laundry and ironing service and a dry cleaning service.

Guests can also purchase excursion tickets, for some fabulous days out on the island, which some are within walking distance from the complex.

Outside there is a large outdoor swimming pool with a surrounding sun terrace, which flows onto the stunning and well-kept lawns filled with palm trees, and many other beautiful Mediterranean plants and bushes.

Here guests can also find little pockets of shade that have been created by the trees and the different shades of green reflect against the crystal clear waters of the swimming pool.

The children have an area for activities such as arts and crafts, games and the playground is a great way to make lots of new friends to create some fun holiday memories.

Guests that are looking for time out of the sun can enjoy wandering around the onsite shops and there is also a games room with many board games, and the chess boards have become very popular with the guests, for a friendly match between other guests staying at the apartments.

All apartments have a living room with the sofa bed and coffee table, TV with many international channels, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table or breakfast bar, modern bathroom with marble flooring and a separate bedroom with a double or twin beds and a large wardrobe.

There are lifts to all floors allowing guests with wheelchairs or even pushchairs the chance of a room with amazing views.
