Sports facilities at Maritim Saray Regency Resort & Spa Hotel include table tennis, water polo, water volleyball, water sports at the beach, beach volleyball, tennis, darts and a variety of fitness and exercise classes. For those who prefer to relax and enjoy a bit of pampering, the hotel has an onsite Spa Centre. At the spa you can have a massage, Turkish Bath, steam room, sauna, beauty treatments, wellness showers and there is an indoor swimming pool. The Vitamin Bar serves a variety of healthy snacks and drinks.

Children are well catered for as there is a separate children's swimming pool, another swimming pool with water slides, play area and a well run Kids Club for children aged 4-12 years. The staff at the Kids Club entertain the children with games, activities, crafts and friendly competitions. If you would like a babysitter in the evenings, this service is available for a fee.

The animation team provide an extensive program of activities and events throughout the day and evening. During the day you can take part in games, competitions, pool games and beach games. In the evenings there are shows, live music and themed events as well as a mini-disco for the little ones.

Guests will find a 24 hour reception desk with staff who are there to help with currency exchange, car rental, bicycle rental, laundry service, tourist information, medical assistance and 24 hour room service. If you are travelling with a baby you can hire anything you need to make your life easier. In the lobby area there is Wi-Fi available for a small fee and there is a shopping arcade with a jewellers, souvenir shop, mini-market and a hairdressers.

Breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served in the main restaurant in a buffet style. This restaurant serves traditional Turkish dishes as well as your well known international dishes. Night time snacks are available from the main restaurant from midnight.

Guests can also use the 3 A la Carte restaurants which includes Mexican, Italian and Grill, all require prior reservation. During the day you can enjoy snacks from the Beach Snack Bar and the Garden Snack Bar. For those with a sweet tooth, the Patisserie serves cakes, Turkish tea and ice creams during the day.

Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served at the Pool Bar during the day, the Lobby Bar 24 hours, the Garden Bar in the evenings and the Disco bar in the early hours.

Each room is fully furnished and has a bathroom, bath/shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, safety deposit box (payable at reception), telephone, internet access (payable at reception), mini bar, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. The Family Rooms have a separate room with twin beds for children. The Suites also have a separate bedroom and a living area with a sofabed.
