There is a 24-hour reception desk and friendly multilingual staff are always available to offer services including luggage storage for guests returning home on a late flight, currency exchange, tourist information and excursion ticket sales for some fabulous days out.

Guests that wish to venture out and explore the rest of this beautiful island can rent a car from reception and use the onsite parking that is available.

The hotel has been adapted so that guests in wheelchairs can also have access to the facilities that are available and there are lifts up to all floors so that everyone has the opportunity of a room with a fantastic view.

The pool area is where the fun happens with the shallow man-made beach effect that lines the pool and beautiful palm trees allowing some guests pockets of shade for families with small children. The shallow beach allows guests with limited mobility access to the stunning swimming pools and also allows the children to have a paddle whilst being watched over by the adults, as they are relaxing on one of the many sun loungers with parasols that fill the sun terrace.

The poolside bar is open throughout the day and evening for refreshments to keep the children happy and many snacks and locally produced alcoholic drinks for the adults.

The hotel always likes to keep the little holidaymakers happy and have provided them with a pool just for them, a playground and a great kids club run by the hotel, who arranges a list of daily activities for the children to enjoy and to create some great holiday memories.

The older children are not left out as have many activities for them to enjoy such as tennis, bowling, mini golf, darts, table tennis and a multi-sports court for a variety of friendly matches.

Guests that wish to keep up to date with the latest gossip back home or wish to post a photo of their delightful swimming pool can do so with the free Wi-Fi that is available throughout the public areas of the complex.

Also onsite is are many other sporting facilities to enjoy such as tennis courts with additional tennis lessons that are charged by the hour, volleyball, diving school and a modern air-conditioned gym with all of the latest fitness equipment.

The evenings are always something to look forward to with the large variety of delicious cuisine to really get your taste buds going and many dishes that even the little holidaymakers will enjoy.

The kids club mini disco starts off the evening entertainment as well as many activities for the whole family to take part in such as quiz nights shows that have been carefully organised to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable evening.
