Just a few minute's walk from the complex are the streets of the old town, where you can dip in and out of the many boutique shops, or why not hop on the local bus to the newly built Safari Shopping Plaza that is located on the edge of Playa de las Americas and is filled with designer shops and rooftop restaurants.

Guests can take a stroll along the promenade that runs along the beachfront from Los Cristianos, through Playa de las Americas and onto the man-made bay and family friendly resort of Playa Fanabe where the whole family can enjoy a day of fun activities or an evening of exquisite restaurants and bars offering family friendly entertainment.

The complex has a reception desk that is only available for certain times of the day and evening. It offers a wide range of services including tourist information, luggage storage, the rental of safety deposit boxes and their wealth of knowledge of the island to assist in car rental and choosing out the many great excursions for a fun day out with the family.
