The water sports centre is within easy reach and has jet skis, water skiing, wind surfing and snorkelling equipment. From the water sport centre you can find out about excursions on the sea including diving/snorkelling trips, cruises, glass bottom boats and much more.

If you don't want to spend the day at the beach the hotel has 4 swimming pools (2 of which are heated during the winter)to choose from. Surrounding the pools are sun terraces with sun beds, umbrellas and pool towels are available during your stay.

If you want to be lazy or enjoy a bit of pampering, the Spa and Health Club is where you need to go. At the spa take the time to have a massage, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, Jacuzzi and 9 separate treatment rooms. There is a gymnasium on the complex for those who enjoy a quick workout.

The kids will be impressed by the water adventure park with slides and climbing frames. Let them run off steam in the play area or have fun making new friends at the kids club, giving you some extra quiet time!

A day and evening entertainment programme is provided by the animation team which includes darts, volleyball, beach volleyball, water polo, mini-football, archery, beach football and a variety of games. The evening entertainment includes shows, karaoke, dances, professional dancers and audience participation games.

There is a children's mini-disco every evening at the start of the evening entertainment.

The hotel has a fantastic selection of restaurants, snack bars, beach bars and beverage bars serving buffet and a la carte menus. El Nakheel & Al Zaytoun are both buffet restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. In these restaurants you will find local specialities as well as International cuisine. Makai Tukai is the Chinese restaurant, La Piazza serves Italian dishes including pizza and pasta whist Sofra serves Middle Eastern dishes with typical Egyptian hospitality.

There are 2 beach bars serving ice creams, snacks and drinks. Shurouk Bar, an adults only bar, is open for alcoholic cocktails and refreshing drinks. Oriental Flair is the relaxed lobby bar, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day in the sun. Blue Bar & Las Palmas is where you get your drinks from when you are relaxing by the swimming pool.

The multilingual staff on the 24 hour reception desk can point you in the right direction for laundry, medical assistance, currency exchange, internet access, Wi-Fi access, a number of shops and tourist information. They can also help you with car hire and bicycle hire.
