All the studios and apartments are equipped with a bathroom with a bath/shower, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box, kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace, with cots available on request for those with young children.

Apartments also have a separate bedroom and living area with a sofa bed.

In terms of facilities, the hotel has two large swimming pools surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, as well as spa where guests can enjoy a Turkish Bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, hydro massage pool or have a massage. There is also a gym for those who want to keep fit.

For kids, there is a separate swimming pool, a water park, a day and evening entertainment programme, a kids club and play area. A babysitting service is also available.

Entertainment programmes operate both during the day and into the evening, and again are decided to cater for all ages.

The complex offers a 24 hour reception desk, complimentary Wi-Fi access in all public areas in the hotel, luggage storage, courtesy room for late departures, medical assistance, laundry service and an internet corner. Wheelchair accessibility is available throughout.

The main restaurant serves traditional and international dishes in a buffet style with show cooking. On set nights during the week there are theme nights and a Gala night is held once a week serving Spanish and Majorcan cuisine. A Tapas bar is located next to the children's water park and serves up a variety of drinks and Spanish cuisine.

The Lounge bar is situated opposite the swimming pool and is where the evening entertainment takes place.
