The multilingual staff are available to offer a great deal knowledge of the island and can also assist in car hire and excursion ticket sales.

If you just want to explore the surrounding area, there is a bicycle service onsite, or guests can pop on the local bus that runs through the resorts of Playa de Ingles and Maspalomas.

There is an outdoor pool in beautiful settings, with a water feature and the poolside bar is next door, with high bar stools around where you can enjoy a cocktail or two, or maybe relax in the outdoor chill out area with luxury seating.

If you want to truly relax then why not take a dip in the indoor spa pool, or enjoy a massage or sauna at their onsite spa and wellness centre.

The complex has been adapted so that guests using wheelchairs also can gain access to all of the facilities as well as to all floors for rooms with a view.

Although the complex is 2.5km from the beach, it allows guests a peaceful and tranquil setting, so that they can truly relax and unwind during their stay.

There are many shops for essentials and some bars close by, or a short taxi ride will take you to the resort centre and even the beach, where there are many water sports to try and an endless amount of shops bars and restaurants, as well and many family friendly entertainment establishments to keep you entertained including the Yumbo Centre and the Faro 2.

If you would rather stay within the grounds of the complex in the evening, guests have a choice of two restaurants offering an array of different local and international dishes for the whole family to enjoy and the lounge bar that is open until late and what better way to end a beautiful day, than with a nightcap.
