The Cordial Green Golf Bungalows are in the newly developed resort of Maspalomas and within walking distance to the glorious vast area of sand dunes.

Guests who have come for the golf will not be disappointed as the complex is pleasantly situated in the middle of one of Gran Canaria's top golf courses.

The complex is just a 15 minute taxi ride to the buzzing resort of Playa de Ingles, or guests could take a leisurely stroll along the stunning beach from Maspalomas to the main hub of Playa de Ingles, where popular bars such as Linkekers are, which are open until the early hours.

The famous Yumbo centre is a great shopping outlet during the day and lights up for some great nights out in the evening.

The 24 hour reception desk offers an array of services including luggage storage, currency exchange, tourist information and excursion tickets sales for some great days out.

Guests can take advantage of the additional facilities on site including a mini market, tennis courts, squash courts, and guests are also able to use the nearby gym for an additional charge.

This large complex has 250 one bedroomed bungalows and a limited amount of two bedroom bungalows. They are all modern with brightly coloured interiors and all have a well-equipped kitchen to allow guests to self-cater for the duration of their holiday. There is also a living area with a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, double or twin beds, satellite TV, a modern bathroom with a bath or shower and a private balcony or terrace.
