The multilingual staff at the 24 hour reception desk are available to offer many services including currency exchange, laundry service, luggage storage, courtesy shower rooms for guests returning home on a late flight, business service including a printing and a postal service, tourist information and excursion ticket sales for an opportunity to see the island and have some fabulous days out with the family.

Car rental and also bicycle rental is available, with parking on the grounds of the hotel, or in the nearby streets, or guests can hop on a bus that runs through the resort and goes as far as the stunning sand dunes of Maspalomas and the island's capital Las Palmas.

There are two swimming pools that are on different levels and one being a beautiful infinity pool that looks down to the other and out across the ocean.

The children are not left out as there is a kid's pool and the hotel run RiuLand kids club is a great way for the children to make new friends as they take part in the variety of fun activities that take place around the pool and in the games rooms.
