At the Club Calimera Esplendido, there is a 24 reception desk that is available to offer services including currency exchange, tourist information and excursion tickets sales for some fabulous days out.

There is so much to see on this beautiful island and the local bus service runs through the resort centre and offers a variety of routes around the island, including Puerto Rico and also the island's capital Las Palmas. Anyone that wishes to go under their own steam can hire a car close by and there is parking available within the grounds of the complex as well as in the nearby streets.

If you are looking to keep fit throughout your stay, guests can enjoy the many fitness facilities onsite and if that is not your thing, why not try a bit of retail therapy at the onsite gift shop that sells many beautiful locally made gifts.

The outdoor swimming pool is where the fun happens, with the large swimming pool that is surrounded by the sun terrace that is filled with ample sun loungers that lay directly under the sun and there are also many areas where the sun loungers lay under the beautiful palm trees, offering pockets of shade for families with small children.

The children are sure to make new friends in the children's pool or even the kids club that runs many daily activities to keep them entertained and for the older children, there is a friendly game of pool or table tennis.

The Club Calimera Esplendido offer a shuttle bus down to the beach, where guests can enjoy lunch near the sea front at one of the many restaurants, or maybe enjoy a tropical drink on one of the chargeable sun loungers, whilst watching friends and family getting their adrenaline fix on one of the many water sports that are available on the beach.

Time from the sun can be spent in the onsite spa, for a relaxing massage, or the many shopping opportunities are endless and all within walking distance.

Next to the pool is the poolside bar offering drinks and snacks throughout the day and the main restaurant offers many al la carte dishes as well as many dishes that have become popular with the children.

The brightly painted bungalows are set in the gardens, with tropical trees and Mediterranean flowers and all bungalows have air-conditioning as standard. Inside they are furnished in a traditional style and all have a living area, with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, bedroom with double or twin beds, a private bathroom and a sun terrace offering a tranquil setting and perfect for al fresco dining. Guests can rent an in-room safe which will incur a small deposit and a rental fee.
