There is an internet cafe, business centre, meeting rooms, shopping arcade with mini-market and souvenir shops, medical clinic and ATM machines. Outside the hotel is a shuttle bus running 3 times a day to and from Hurghada.

Sporting facilities at the hotel are fantastic and include a fully equipped gym and fitness centre, diving school, wind surfing school, dive centre for snorkelling and diving, tennis court with flood lights chargeable), water sports, beach volleyball, table tennis, water volleyball, water polo, billiards, darts, beach football, basketball and air hockey.

Splash about in the 3 swimming pools, relax on the sun loungers, use the parasols to shade you from the sun and let the children have fun at the kids club. The animation team provide day and evening entertainment for all to enjoy.

At the amphitheatre there is daily entertainment for the children as well as activities on the beach and at the Solino Beach Club. There is a separate children's swimming pool and a playground.

In the evenings there is a mini-disco for the younger ones followed by an evening of entertainment including games, audience participation shows, dancing and professional shows. If you want an evening without the children, why not take advantage of the babysitting programme provided by the professional babysitters.

In this restaurant there is a children's section 'Krick Krack' where they can help themselves. Tortuga Beach Grill Restaurant serves meat and fish straight off the grill with sea views. The Barbecue Restaurant serves meat and fish cooked on charcoal. La Palma Italian Restaurant serves a selection of Italian dishes like pasta, spaghetti and pizzas.
