Travel to Bodrum City with us

Located on the coast, the city of Bodrum might not be your traditional Turkish resort, but it provides an interesting option for anyone considering an alternative HOT Holiday in the sun.

Traditional Turkish charm can be found wherever you look alongside thousands of years of history, but there is also the opportunity to enjoy the very best in modern entertainment and to relax in some of the best accommodation in the region.

Pay a visit to the city from Easter onwards and you’ll be pretty much guaranteed the best of the weather conditions, with long dry summers seeing the temperature rise to the low 30s and little in the way of rain to prevent you from topping up your tan.

When it comes to sunbathing, you don’t have to travel far to reach some of the best beaches in the area, providing ample opportunity to lie back on the sand in a secluded cove away from the crowds before taking a refreshing dip in the calm blue waters of the sea.

Elect to stay around your hotel within the resort and you can pay a visit to any number of historical sites, with the remains of King Mausaolus’ Mausoleum and the old castle being particularly rewarding.

Head down towards the Marina area and you’ll find plenty of places to sample some traditional Turkish cuisine or to make the most of the busy nighttime scene when the sun goes down.

In fact, if you are heading to the Bodrum region with the idea of being entertained then there are few better places to go, with plenty of bars and clubs that are open until late every night.

No matter whether you want to simply relax as a couple or want fun for all the family, it won’t take long to see why Bodrum is one of the jewels in Turkey’s crown.
