There are plenty of options when it comes to waterparks in Spain but there are few that can offer quite as much as PortAventura Caribe Aquatic Park.
That’s because the waterpark is part of the much larger complex that also includes PortAventura Park itself as well as Ferrari Land - the theme park dedicated to the famous Italian carmaker.
The huge park features various attractions that are suitable for all the family, which makes it a great place to spend some time whilst enjoying a break on the Costa Dorada.
The Sesamo Beach children’s pool has been designed with the smallest guests firmly in mind, while the water jets of Cayo Cookie are also popular with youngsters keen to try and dodge the fountains spraying up from the floor below.
There are also plenty of slides available for small children in La Laguna de Woody and also in an indoor area if they want to take a break from the sun.
Larger guests will enjoy the various slides, with the two slides on El Tifón offering a dizzying descent from 15m in the air and King Khajuna providing a high-speed thrill from more than 30m.
When it comes to relaxing, you can spend some time on Bahama Beach catching some sun before taking a dip in one of the many pools or a ride along the El Río Loco lazy river.
